Peter Fu was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Core Pacific-Yamaichi Int’l (HK) Ltd. and was formerly the Deputy Group Managing Director of BNP Paribas Peregrine. Mr. Fu was previously the Managing Director of the Executive Committee of Peregrine Investments Holdings Limited and was also the Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Sales for Hong Kong and China. He was responsible for directing the initial public offerings of numerous China-related companies including Shanghai Industrial, Beijing Enterprises and Stone Technology.
Mr. Fu has more than 20 years’ China/Hong Kong investment stock broking/corporate finance experience with Peregrine, HG Asia, Vickers, SBCI (New York), and Barings.
Mr. Fu has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
