David Lee previously was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO Asset Management (China and Taiwan), the President/Chief Executive Officer of Taiwanese conglomerate Ruentex International Holdings Ltd., and a Director of Aetna Life Insurance Company of America. He was also formerly the Chairman of Kwang Hua Securities Investment & Trust Co., Ltd.
Mr. Lee has more than fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and investment management.
He has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biometrics from the National Taiwan University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.
